A Message from AO International President Marvin Sonne
As always, Rosh Hashanah is a time of reflection and renewal. We reflect on where we have been historically as a people and where each of us has been personally. Our Judaic values have always been of great significance to help influence how we move forward to overcome every difficulty that has confronted us by inspiring our actions to make our future better.
We renew our commitment to a better world and life for each of us individually, to everything good that makes us who we are. We renew our desire to improve our relationships within our families, with our friends, with our colleagues, with our teams, with our patients, with the Jewish people wherever they are now.
We all have endured many challenges in our lives and so has Alpha Omega, the one thing that binds us all together. Tikkun Olam is a major source of pride among the Jewish people. Saving the world one person at a time makes us who we are.
As we begin the year 5784, I ask that we use this philosophy to help us save our world of Alpha Omega. I ask you to reflect on where we came from and where we are today. I ask you to renew your commitment to Alpha Omega and help save us one person at a time. We have always followed the principle of From Strength to Strength and From Generation to Generation.
My prayer at this time of introspection is that we choose the path to renew our Strength to allow our beloved Alpha Omega to move onward to the next generation with as much zeal and importance as it came to each of us, to work ardently to keep the flame of Alpha Omega burning brightly.
Fran and I wish you all, G'mar Chatima Tova and Shalom, a year of health, happiness, joy, and peace. May we all be inscribed in the Book of Life for a good and final sealing.
AHM ALPHA OMEGA CHAI: LONG LIVE ALPHA OMEGA.
