Following the events of October 7th, hundreds of thousands of Israelis were forced to leave their homes and move to temporary residences across Israel. Those who relocated to the Dead Sea and Eilat regions faced a crisis due to insufficient infrastructure, especially dental care.
Alpha Omega and the Natan Association joined forces and established two mobile clinics to address the refugees' dental issues.
The response from dentists was impressive, and we have a waiting list for several weeks ahead. We treat about 800 patients monthly in the two clinics, all on a voluntary and free basis for the refugees. Despite our significant success, we encountered a funding problem for the joint operation of the clinics, and we turned to you for assistance.
The monthly cost is $15,000, and any help, whether in the form of supplies or donations, would be greatly appreciated.
With gratitude in advance,
2023-24 International President Elect Eldad Helft
