Formed in 1907, the Alpha Omega International Dental Society is the oldest Jewish dental and medical organization in the world.  Our strength lies in our brand:  chapters and members who live in 10 countries and are organized in over 100 dentist and student chapters.  Becoming an AO member puts you in touch with dental professionals who embrace the tenets of professionalism, fraternalism, and commitment to Judaic values.

Our values guide us to engage in philanthropic activities in our local communities and throughout the world.  Our goal is to unite dentists, dental student, and allied professionals in solidarity under the AO mission:  To enhance the dental profession and lives of dental professionals worldwide by promoting and supporting ideals of global oral health, education, and the bonds of fraternity.

AO has a network of over 70 chapters that allow dentists the opportunities to network, earn continuing education, participate in charity events, and be part of a dental community.

Over 30 North American chapters bring dental students together to share in social events and charity events.  Please check with AO to find out if your school already has a chapter.  If there is no AO chapter, we are happy to help you start one.
