Heidi Weber, MBA, CAE
Heidi Weber, CAE, MBA, is the Executive Director of the Alpha Omega International Dental Society and was brought on board in July 2011. With more than 15 years of experience in nonprofit marketing, product and project management, and membership lifecycles, Heidi has supported both healthcare and trade association executives and organizations.
Heidi is the visionary leader and facilitator of the oldest dental and medical organization with 4,000 international members. She has been a change agent with Alpha Omega and has worked in concert with the Board of Directors on mission-related projects to benefit the members and dental community.
She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and is the Chair of the ASAE Executive Management Section Council. She previously served on the ASAE Technology Section Council. Heidi recertified her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation in January 2019.
Heidi was re-elected to the Shepherd's Table board of directors in 2021 to serve another three-year term. Shepherd's Table serves vulnerable homeless individuals with daily meals and other needs in Silver Spring, Maryland. Heidi was elected to the Association Women Technology Champions board of directors for the 2022-23 terms. AWTC exists to educate and empower women in the association space to strategically incorporate technology in their work.
