United States Foundation

The Alpha Omega Foundation, Inc. serves as the philanthropic arm of the Alpha Omega International Dental Society, supporting initiatives in dental health, education, research, and patient care throughout the world.

Rooted in the values of Mitzvot (good deeds) and Tzedakah (charity), the Foundation plays a central role in advancing Alpha Omega’s Global Oral Health Initiative and its commitment to humanitarian service.

Organization & Status

The Alpha Omega Foundation, Inc. was officially chartered in 1969 and is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization under United States law. This designation ensures that contributions are properly recorded and may qualify as tax-deductible in accordance with IRS regulations.

Global Alliance

The Foundation works in close collaboration with Alpha Omega charitable organizations around the world. Sister foundations and trusts were established in Canada in 1971, the United Kingdom in 1973, and later in Israel, forming an international alliance dedicated to expanding access to care and supporting communities in need.

Through this global network, Alpha Omega members contribute their time, expertise, and resources to initiatives that promote oral health and humanitarian service, even in regions where formal foundations cannot be established.
